If you book through Sports Travel (runDisney, etc)...

If you book through Disney Sports Travel for runDisney or other sports events, do your reservations show up on the website normally?

I am losing my mind and I don't know if mine is missing because of the new website or because it was booked through Sports Travel. All of my ADRs are listed on both the old and new website now. My resort reservations for the Princess in February are showing up, but I booked that room in July through regular Disney Travel since I needed a 2 bedroom and runDisney only does regular rooms and studios. I booked my resort for Everest (in May) on December 11th which is the day before all went wonky with the website. It never showed up on the old website and the new website can't find it either. I tried linking it on both and it won't work.

So to prevent me from losing my mind trying, can someone else who has booked through Sports Travel tell me if their reservations show up on the website? Thanks!

It's worth a call to Sports Travel for verification. It's possible all is fine but I would rather have someone tell me.

Because I am crazy, I've called twice just to be sure they had my reservation and even made the first CM read it back to me. She was a doll about it. I asked if they knew why it wasn't on the website and the CM didn't know.

I was hoping maybe someone else who has booked through them could check and see if their resort package is showing up on the website to see if it's normal that mine isn't.
