Qs about returning car rental to MCO?
Are all car rental companies located in same area at MCO when returning the vehicle?
If not, is there one company that is more convenient in terms of returning and then heading to the terminal? How much extra time would you allow from arriving at MCO car rental return to getting to the check-in area? Thanks! |

The main ones (Alamo/National, Dollar, Avis, Hertz, etc) are all located in the parking deck. When you return, there will be one pull-in to the garage (based on your Terminal-A or B) with subsequent signs directing you to the specific level/area for drop off.
You can dropoff, they'll give you your receipt and then you walk over to the terminal in 5 minutes or so. Then it can be another few minutes to walk to your specific airline check-in area. I find MCO to be one of the most convenient airports in the US. Maura |

It is very easy! I always stop at the terminal and drop everyone and the bags off first. Then loop around to the parking garage where you drop the car off. Then walk over to the airport checkin and meet up with the family. Doesn't take long at all.

Great! I would choose a company over another if I had to take a shuttle after returning. Glad to hear this sounds simple because we will be coming straight from sea world park to airport so don't want a hassle with drop off.
Is Budget also located at the rental return garage? So far only finding decent rates with them but if they are not in the same area mentioned above then I will narrow my search to just Alamo or Avis which are the next two cheapest for my dates! |

When we have returned, we have taken the elevators, and found them to take a LONG time. Everyone here is saying to just walk over, so I think we'll have to do that and THEN go upstairs. Silly us!
