Last year Target had a deal where you bought a gift card and it was 20% off if I remember right. So $100 for $80 sounds good.

Anyone hear anything?

Thank you for this info! I was planning on buying some Disney gift cards as gifts for our upcoming cruise. Today seems like a great day to start buying them, especially if I can get a $10 Target gift card to use in the future.

our store (Kroger) has 20 cents off per gallon of gas, up to 30 gallons for each $50 gc purchased

We just bought $3000.00 in Disney gift cards with our Target Red Card got 5% off then used our 5%pharmacy rewards discount. $3000.00 in gift cards for $2707.50 can't beat that deal. Called Disney and paid off our Feb 23 Magic Cruise.

Make sure you save them and call disney like a week or so before your cruise and ask if there were any refunds made. Mainly would be a change in port fees. If there is then ask what card it was refunded to.

BJ's has Disney GC for 4% off.

Our Kroger is offering 4x fuel points on GC till tomorrow, then they are to go back to 2x points. You can then use 2000 points for $2 off per gallon up to 35 gallons. So if you maximize that, you can get $70 off for every $500 spent or 14%! I paid for a huge part of our Oct WDW trip that way and about $2000 of our March cruise. I would have done more, but points expire the month after they are earned and I did not know if I'd use them.

Since Kroger has started allowing 2000 points redemption at one time I have saved close to $1000 on gas. I have bought GC for Home Depot when I knew we were making a large purchase, bought many gC for gifts and of course Disney. Then when I'm ready to redeem, DH and I meet at Kroger and each fill up in one reward. We get pretty close to 35 filling both of our cars up and in the summer, we always have the gas can since we have 2.5 acres to mow.

Anyway, well worth the effort to save that much!

Wow, wish it worked that way for their Fred Meyer division. I can only redeem 100 points at a time for ten cents a gallon off.
