At MK NOT attending MVMCP, how to spend time 4-7pm?

We will be at MK on 12/14, but are not attending the Party. Our plan is to be sure we have cleared out of Fantasyland and the Mountains by 3pm.

We'd like to stay in the park until 7pm -- it's our last day. Not sure if anyone has current thinking on the touring plans of Party-going guests. I'm guessing it's Fantasyland and the more major rides, but would love to hear from someone "in the know" --

TIA!

The later in the day you go, the lower the lines will be for everything, especially the Mountains. Lines don't rise as the party gets closer, they drop off dramatically.

Definitely true. You might actually be better off saving one of the mountains for that time frame.

For us, our strategy was to do anything that would be closed during the party between 4:45-7 (got there later than intended). So we hit Tom Sawyer Island, the railroad, and CoP. (The others in my group were not particularly interested in any of the other attractions that would be closed during the party and I was happy to let them decide what we did that night since I come all the time and they don't.) We were eating supper by 6:45.

Be sure to make time for the castle lighting ceremony at 6:15, it's really cute!

Thanks for these ideas! Didn't think about it that way--figuring a mad rush for rides.

Went to MVMCP on 12/6 around 4:30 and was able to walk onto most rides before 7pm. Only the Jungle Cruise and BTMRR had waits of longer than 10 minutes.

Ride, rides, rides! Many people who don't have party tickets are leaving early and the day is generally quieter to begin with. Those coming into the park are grabbing an early dinner, have a reservation, going to BBB or Pirate League. Now is the time to take advantage of the rides!
