Opinions wanted... ONE DAY, WHICH PARK?
My wife and I will be headed to WDW Resort for a conference the week of Memorial Day. We will most likely have only ONE day to spend exploring a park or parks(either Sunday 26th OR Monday 27th).
We have never been to WDW... only DLR. We will be traveling with no kids. If you had to pick ONE park to spend the day based on this, which one would it be and why? Or would it be worth the extra cost and time to park hop for one day only? Thanks! |

I would recommend Epcot. More than any other park, it really sets WDW apart from DLR. I think you'd really enjoy spending the day there

The Magic Kingdom comes to mind first, but I'd lean toward doing Epcot for something totally new (though there is a little DLR repeat with Soarin and Capt. EO) and different for you. Explore the World Showcase at a leisurely pace.
If not Epcot, do the Magic Kingdom. Check out the New Fantasyland! ![]() I would not get a hopper. I'd pick one park, and maximize my time there. |

Popped in to vote Epcot. I see I'm not alone.
You've got rides/ attractions in Future World, and great eating in the World Showcase (not to mention the live entertainment). Finish with IllumiNations and you've had a great day. |

I would go to DHS as I like that park the best, but I agree with others who say Epcot is more unique to WDW and is probably the best park to visit if you only have one day. It has a nice mix of attractions with something for everyone.

If you are into food and drinks - definitely Epcot, as you can walk world showcase and eat/drink at every stop!
However, if you are big animal lovers, or thrill ride lovers, I'd say Animal Kingdom.

Epcot, totally! When we used to live in FL and had one-day WDW trip, we'd always go to Epcot. Where else can you start drinking in Mexico and still be buzzed when you get to Canada?

EPCOT
its the perfect park. Rides, shopping, dinks, history, food, learning, and people watching. All in the same place.
