Gluten Free Options at Bakeries?

Hello! I've seen some delicious looking treats in photos at several bakeries throughout WDW and I was just wondering if anyone knew if those bakeries had gluten free options as well?

If I can't find a gluten free chocolate croissant while there I just might cry! LOL.

Planning for our first WDW trip for April or May 2013!
Eating gluten, soy and dairy free. Celiac won't keep me from Disney!

babycakes at dtd deff do gf treats, not sure if they do choc croissant or not, msb also has gf choices...prepackaged to avoid cross contamination. if ur staying onsite pre warn the CS and they will have options ready for you. there is a long thread on the disabilities board on special dietary foods available. also at ts let the chefs know. im not gf but do have a v long list of allergies and they have always bent over backwards to accomodate me, inc going to other resorts/restauarnts to provide me with options i can eat
