Udi's buns - egg free?

We're getting ready for our next Disney trip with our 6 yr old who has a number of severe anaphylactic allergies. I'm a little nervous with all these changes! In the past she could have the gluten free hamburger bun. It comes up on the dairy and peanut free lists, but not the egg free list. Does it now have eggs? This is not a good development!

Udis are not egg free.
We just came back yesterday and they had GNI buns at a few places (apparently they are egg free) but I didn't try them because I don't try anything new like that on vacation unless I have personally verified with the company.

Otherwise, I just ate everything without bread. I had cheesesteak at the plaza 2x without a roll, a burger at Sci Fi without a bun, and a burger at POP without a bun. No big deal to me because i am used to not eating bread when out of the house, but obviously it matter more to other people.

I am anaphylactic to peanuts, tree nuts, eggs and shellfish and also allergic to sesame, wheat, oats, coconut, broccoli, all raw vegetables, and all raw fruits (except grapes) and soy (except soy lechitin and soybean oil) and I just ate Amazingly well for the 6 days we were there.

In the last year or two, the gluten free bread changes have made it harder for egg allergy sufferers. The Udi's are not, last I heard, egg free. We faced the same problem as you on our last and upcoming trip. DS is milk, egg, nut allergic. They also stopped offering Divvies around the same time and on our last trip the Enjoy Life cookies weren't readily available. I'm hoping they are easier to come by when we return in a few trips.

What dairy and peanut "lists" are you referring to? Am I missing some new reference lists somewhere?
