Leftovers at TS Restaurants - The DIS Discussion Forums

We are eating at Via Napoli in a few weeks for the candlelight processional dinner package. For dh and myself we will get 2 appetizers, 2 entrees (one of those being a pizza), and 2 desserts, plus 2 kids meals (which the kids probably won't even eat!). That is a lot of food for us to eat and there is no way I can see us eating that much in one sitting. Will they allow us to take the leftovers with us?

As long as it is not a buffet or all-you-can-eat, doggie bags are fine.

I ordered my meal and then had to leave before it came because I wasnt feeling well. The server wrapped it up for my DH to bring to me along with dessert.

We routinely took dessert to go when we were there last month. One night my YDS was sick with a fever so I stayed at the hotel with him while DH and ODS went to dinner. (We had ADR and DH didn't want to miss a good meal) He explained that I was back at the hotel with a sick kiddo, and they packaged up my whole meal to go and even sent along real silverware instead of just plastic stuff. Esp nice since I wanted a steak and plastic knives wouldn't have worked too well.

Sure, no reason why not. I would advise you take along a plastic grocery bag to store the containers while you watch the show.

Yes, all ts allow doggie bags except, of course, buffets. We have done that many times but are always careful about food spoilage as we travel in the summer.

The gift shops will also give you bags if you ask.
