ADR Help for a 1st timer

Our 180 Day ADR date is coming up in about 6 weeks....We will be staying on site at Kidani....If I understand correctly, we can make our ADR's on the 180 day mark and also for the next 10 days.

If so, this would help in getting the more difficult ADR's like Ohana, CRT, Chef Mickey's if we made them for later in our trip correct. Thanks for any help.

Thanks...If we are a large party of 13 staying in 2 different rooms/villas, can we split our ADR times? We will have some meals set up for 13 people, but we also will have sometimes where my Brother's family will go somewhere other than us, and my parents who are on our reservation will go with them and not with us...

Example: They go to CRT with my parents and we go to Chef Mickey's with our kids...sorry if confusing...just trying to get a feel as we get closer.

Sure! You can make a reservation for as few or as many people as you like. Even if you were all staying in the same room, you could just book 4 people somewhere instead of all 13.

The only issue you may run into is if you're trying to book two reservations for the same day around the same time under the same user name. I was trying to make adrs for our friends and the system kept wanting to cancel the previous res. if you're calling, it may not be an issue. Just wanted to warn you.

Remember for your smaller groups it may be easier to make som online reservations, although for bigger groups i would call.

What time in the morning are the ADR phone lines open? Our 1st day to make ADR's is a Sat.

This is absolutely true. I don't know what the minimum time interval is but if they ADRs are too close the system will require that the one already reserved be cancelled.

I made all my reservations online. You choose a restaurant and a time, and they list three choices. Click the button and you've got it.

Word of advice: I couldn't get a good time for Coral Reef on the day I wanted - who wants to eat dinner at 4:15pm? And I couldn't get Ohana for the day I wanted at all. By switching around my days I was able to get Ohana and Coral Reef at great times. So if you have trouble, just try different days if possible.
