Red face Gluten Free?

are there a lot of options throughout disney? Having to try out the G free diet, we're really hoping we dont have to give up all our character meals, and other reservations!

Further down the list of forums here, you will see "disAbilities". There is a whole lot of "gluten free" info there.

You will be fine. Indicate on your ADRs that you need gluten free options. I just came back from a trip with a friend who is egg, dairy and gluten free and he said this was the best has eaten in a long time! Especially since there is Babycakes Bakery in Downtown Disney where you can get tons of gluten free baked goods that are both high quality and high variety (doughnuts, cupcakes, cookies, etc).

Next trips: DL in Aug/Sept for the Disneyland 10k, WDW in November for the Wine & Dine Half, WDW January for WDW Marathon Weekend (half of us may be Dopey!), and maybe a special graduation trip to DL in April/May!

As you've already been told, check out the disABILITIES! board. There are lots of threads about dining gluten free at WDW. I've got dining reports in my signature if you're interested. They're a heck of a lot more than just gluten free but seeing what they can do for people who are off long lists of foods should help you feel more confident.

WDW is the best place to travel gluten free. They really bend over backwards to take care of us.

I have been told that Disney is amazing when it comes to gluten free. Just make sure to tell them that you are gluten free and they will take care of you

I am gluten free due to Celiacs. Disney has been the most amazing place to eat. I tell my husband all the time I wish I lived in disney.

I think Disney tends to do a great job with dietary needs. Recently returned from
a Disney cruise and they did an incredible job meeting DDs needs for gluten free.

I have to eat GF due to allergies. Disney is absolutely the BEST PLACE to go for vacation! The food options are amazing! I almost cried one morning at breakfast at Tusker house when the chef kept bringing me things that I hadn't eaten in forever! (muffins, donuts, cookies, waffles)

You will have a fantastic vacation!
