Kmart Online has the Doc toys in stock. Had the doll already but picked up the doctor bag.

They have e doctor bag on amazon but the lowest was $40 (at least they did.) There were a couple of listings. I searched all over for the medical bag in AUGUST. We did get one after calling several stores, searching everywhere, and finally having an out of town relative pick one up. So don't give up hope!
