Do you have access to the whole Left Behind series? I started it years ago and got tired of it and never finished it. But, at the time, I would have to wait while the next one was being written. I have no patience.
I think you should also read anything Adrianna Trigianni. She's my favorite.

I enjoyed the left behind series...at least the first several books, and I am not religous at all. I found the concept interesting.

Oh, then I'd probably pick them. They are an easy read. And make you think. It is the writer's interpretation of the end times spoken of in the Bible. As long as prophecy stuff does not make you upset/anxious, I'd choose it but I love end times prophecy stuff, always have. Interesting to read someone's take on it but if you read it, just know it is a novel.
