Character Calls
Has anyone used the character calls on the DCL website? I'm planning to use it Christmas morning, but am curious how it works! How log does it take after you schedule it? What do they say?
Thanks! |

I have. You can schedule them in advance otherwise give them a half an hour or so. It's a character. You choose Mickey or Goofy. They say that they heard you're going on a cruise & they can't wait to see you real soon, or words to that effect.

In certain states, listed on the character call site, you can not schedule the call. You set it up online and then are given a number and code to call in. I called the number, typed the code, got a message that said there was an error, then had the character call come through call waiting.

If you have young children keep in mind that you need to press a key (I think 1) to continue and be connected to the character. They do call twice if you miss the first call by accident. At least this was my experience in Sept.
