11-14 and 23-26 - were the HH building -
so depends upon your not. maybe 62-64 they are the only one with elevators - personally I love building 18, 55 an 45. here a map that might help you http://www.wdwinfo.com/resortmaps/okwmap.htm

I had the ground floor studio in Bldg 23 right next to the road this past Sep and it was unbelievably noisy from all the buses mostly but even a passing car was somewhat disturbing. It was very convenient but not worth it due to the noise that lasted until after 11:00 pm and started up again around 6:30 am!
