Going to try 2000 minutes again..............

Debbie19--I have you for 155 minutes, not 135 like you say in post 41. Post 20 is 30 minutes and post 30 is 60 minutes, plus post 41's 30+35. Right?

Good morning my exercise fiends!! Giving the knee a running break for a few days so...12/3 (happy birthday to me!)...30 minutes on the elliptical and 5 for abs/pushups.

Total for 12/3: 35
Total for December through 12/3: 149/1200

Did you see my post from yesterday? I RAN! it was only 1.5 miles, but it felt so good to get back to running.... feeling ok today too. I'm hoping to be able to do a nice family run on Christmas Eve with my sister and hubby and dad. Better hit the running store to get something warm to wear. These 60 degree December temps will not hold out. Jealous of your FL weather!

Thanks Figs! I need to get my butt out there and quick. Between celebrating the big 45 for the past three days, I need to start burning off some serious calories!

And don't feel bad about 1.5...you have to start back slowly! No ending up back on the couch again looking at the Christmas lights because you're broken again!!!

Had to actually run in leggings and my W&D race shirt last week. Brrr!!! Those low 70's can be cold!
