59 minutes this morning! That brings me to 569/1000

Did my W6D2 of C25K and Day 1 of Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred this morning. I've got to bust thru this plateau!

I just realized that I only have 4.5 exercising days left in december because we have company coming on the 30th and unless the forecast changes, we're not going to get out for the run we were planning on NYE. (She's from NC, so she's not exactly keen on running in the snow!)

So, I'm stubborn and I really want to make my goal for December. I really had good intentions of going for a run yesterday after presents, but I napped instead. Here's my plan now that I've gotten myself in a bit of a pickle:

12/26 - 40 min of PT and core (b/c i'm supposed to go to see Les Mis tonight)
12/27 - 45 min run/walk + 30 min pilates
12/28 - 30 min other cardio + 45 min PT/strength
12/29 - 45 min run/walk + 30 min pilates
12/30 - 30 min other cardio + 30 min PT/strength

If I can stick to it, that should get me to 803/800.....

Well, I sure made a pig of myself these past two days.

Trying to get back on track today. Did 30 minutes on the elliptical. At least I'm 90% there!

Two hours of WERQ tonight bring me to:

1775/2000

Classes at my gym are canceled between Christmas Eve and January 2 It is so frustrating because this is the time of year that I need to be at the gym the most but instead they cancel classes. Tomorrow I'll probably go and use the elliptical & treadmill but I get sooo bored on them. Tonight I held my own WERQ class. I created a playlist on YouTube and danced in my basement. It will have to do for now.

Has anyone volunteered to host January yet? If not, I'd be glad to do it, though there may be a couple weekends when I likely won't be able to update because I'll be out of town and may not have reliable access to the boards.

If someone else wants to do it, I am glad defer. I know that January is always a BIG month for these challenges, as everyone steps up their game a bit going into a new year.

I am feeling better; thanks!

I'm going to get in some stairs tonight, abs with my trainer tomorrow (ugh) plus cardio and then boot camp on Saturday morning. Hopefully I can hit the gym on NYE morning, party on NYE and then get started on the January challenge!

Another 45 minute lunchtime stroll (feel like I'm the only sap working this week ), and a 39 minute run with the wonder mutt tonight, brings me to 1165/1200. Oh yeah, turn me red baby!!!
