It's almost halfway through the month. How is everybody doing? Are you almost halfway to your goal? We've got one turquoise (way to go!). I've got some work ahead of me, that's for sure! Just keep swimming, just keep swimming...

It's a dance fitness class to the "Top 40" type songs with some hip-hop songs thrown in. It originated in Chicago and I live about 90 minutes away so it is really catching on around here. You can google it...I know they have a web site with a sample song. It is the fastest hour of class ever! Guess that's a sign that I really enjoy it!

We had one of the girls who works at the studio take her first class ever this past Monday...

"You want me to put my what WHERE??!!??"

Needless to say, I fell right out of the alleged standing split pose I was supposedly trying to pull off...

Bike -20 minutes and...Plutobaby, about your siggy quote

It never fails to bring a tear, especially as my older girl turns 13 on Christmas Day. I see you have a Lab, too. Is her name Pluto? I have two yellow Labs, who are the center of my universe.

My total

330/750

Should be breaking through to half way tomorrow!

Labs- This is Calypso and she is my third Labbie. Yes, I'm a breed snob as I can't imagine having anything else! I've been blessed with healthy girls as my first two lived to 14 and 15. Calypso helps me rack up my exercise minutes as she has an unlimited amount of energy which I try (note: TRY, usually unsuccessfully ), to burn off. She's usually a great running partner until she gets a whiff of something and then you know how that goes...errrrrr, dead STOP! The DH knew going in he was going to take second place to the mutt but he deals with it. He doesn't have a choice!
