We were going to go to HS on 12/10 but got Fastpass+ starting 12/11...would you switch your day to a less recommended day so you could use the Fastpass+ at HS? Especially for TSM? I would love anyone's advice on what would be the smarter thing to do...HS on a recommended day without fastpass+ or HS on a less recommended day with fastpass+ for TSM and Star Tours ...confused :/ thanks.

Oh Disney, why did you have to go and throw a wrench into my plans by sending me the fastpass +???
We will be there the 14th -23rd. The 14th is just a travel day as we get there late. I was not planning on going to MK on Saturday the 15th but preferred seating for the parades and fireworks seems huge to me. Just the fact we don't have to wait over an hour just sitting on the sidewalk is huge when you have 2 kids with ADHD. I'm just not sure switching to MK on a Saturday is worth it, not to mention trying to find reservations for that day as well. |

I don't think either day will be very crowded, and I don't think there will be much difference between the two days. If it were me, I would probably switch the days in order to ride TSM three times with virtually no wait (1--at rope drop, 2--with FP gathered after 1st ride, 3--with FP+).

we have 2 room reservations (one for me, hubby and kids, another for sis, bil and parents) They arrive after us (the 12th...we arrive the 8th) and we all leave at the same time (the 16th)
They got it and we didn't! But not only that, they only have it for 2 of the people in the room (we added my parents to the reservation last week and I just got online today to see if they had it...only my sis and bil are on there)Not sure what to do to get the parents added. Still keep checking to see if we can get it too (ideally we'd like to use it for the electric parade and wishes since they are only there for one day that it's offered) and I would like to be with them. Wishing for some pixie dust so we can all have good seats together.

We went this time last year. Belive me.... the difference between Thursday (a party day with early closure) and Saturday..... is quite remarkable. You'll be glad you're there Thursday.

Long story short, if you are missing cards for people from the chosen reservations, just call them and they can help you. The CM I spoke to was Treasure, if that will help you get things done

Wishes Preferred Viewing Different Areas w Fast Pass
I got the test fastpasses for myself and my sisters and my location is the Plaza. My kids are staying at POFQ and their viewing area is from the rose garden. They made their choices first (my dates were wrong on my offer and I had to wait a couple of days for a programmer to get back with me, I was surprised and elated when he called and took care of the issue!) I am so excited we both got what we wanted. Now can anyone tell me if these are good spots? Even if they aren't I'm thrilled to have it as I don't like staking out and guarding a spot

DIS Membership fee Pays off Again!
I must say my DIS membership fees have paid for themselves 10x over this year. Thanks to this Thread I went to the FP+ site yesterday and got 4 FP+ reservations for MK and 3 more for HS on the exact days we planned on attending both parks next week!
We did not receive an email and I had no idea this testing was going on until I hit the DIS yesterday at lunch. ![]() As others have posted I simply went to site, enter our ME reservation ID #, and the system welcomed me with open arms. Here's hoping others can do the same ![]() I will say the system was easy to use and customizable to fit your daily plans (for example we plan on heading back to our hotel midday on our MK day). We selected Little Mermaid, Tales with Belle, Wishes @ the Rose Garden, and Pooh because I couldn't come up with a better 4th option. At DHS we choose Toy Story, StarTours, and ToT. I'm also curious how the Rose Garden preferred seating works. Would love to hear about it if anyone has experience. THANKS AGAIN DIS!!!! Legal Disclaimer - Any references above to membership fees have been expressed for the purpose of evoking laughter and do not represent fact based monetary policy as everyone knows the DIS is free.

Did you put in the reservation number found on your yellow ME tags?

There were two numbers on my tags and I tried both. As well as two different email addresses that I have with Disney.

I must admit, you peaked my curiosity with the mention of fees.
