Question Tusker House AND Boma?

Would you do them both in the same trip? We have Tusker House scheduled for lunch on day 2 of our nine night trip, and then Boma dinner scheduled on day 8 after we move to the second half of our split stay at Kidani. I have read a lot of descriptions saying they are very similar. We loved Boma dinner on our last trip.

Opinions?

I would eat at both restaurants during one trip. If Tusker House is on your Animal Kingdom day that would be a nice lunch. Since you will be at Kidani, Boma is a good choice. In fact Sanaa too if you wanted to pick a different one, but Boma night 8 sounds good.

Thanks for the input! We ate at Sanaa on our last trip and really enjoyed it, so if we aren't feeling like Boma we could always change it. In fact, Sanaa was a last minutes decision on the last trip because we didn't feel like going to Cape May. I would love to try Jiko too!

We've done both on the same trip before, and enjoyed the experience. I liked TH a little better than Boma, but the soups at Boma are a great reason to visit that restaurant.

I'd also agree that Sanaa is a great, and very different, restaurant.

Since you are staying at Kidani and you know you like those flavor profiles...I think both in one trip is good

We did both, Tusker breakfast on our AK day. And we stayed at Animal Kingdom Lodge, so we did Boma dinner. Loved both of them! I would do both again, but would like to try Boma's breakfast in the future. I hear it's really good too. Enjoy!

Thanks for the opinions everyone! I think we will probably keep both. We actually have Boma breakfast booked for our departure day as well!

We are doing the same as you. Tusker House on our AK day. Then we are staying at AKV - Jambo House, so I've booked Boma for dinner one night and breakfast on our departure day. We are having TH on Tuesday; Boma dinner on Friday; and Boma breakfast on Sunday.

These are two of our favorites so we try to do both for dinner each trip, and even a breakfast at one or both if it makes sense with the rest of our planning.

Hope you have a great time!

We do both every trip, and quite often we will do Tusker for breakfast on an Animal Kingdom day, and then Boma for dinner the same night.

I have a Tusker House lunch and Boma dinner planned for my upcoming trip as well. Needless to say, I WOULD do them both in one trip. Boma breakfast is totally delicious as well. Enjoy!!

I would absolutely do both! They're not that similar so it would seem strange to do both in the one trip. We always do Boma and usually Tusker House twice during our trips.

I can't tell you exactly what differences there are but I have countless allergies and there is quite a lot that I can't eat at Boma. I'm not sure if that is something that you need to be concerned with though

Have a great trip!
