Miami port to WDW transportation

We are considering a first time Disney cruise in February from Miami. We would also like to do a week at WDW after the cruise. I have looked online regarding transfers using ME and they seem to address only to/from Port Canaveral.

Does anyone have experience with transfers between Miami port and Orlando?

FYI-we will be booking the 2 parts separately - cruise thru an online agent for a discounted price and WDW direct ourselves. I am thinking we will just have to get a rental car oneway...

There are no DCL transfers between Orlando and Miami.
Magical Express is ONLY from MCO to WDW and back.
DCL transfers are between the port and the airport(s) in the nearest city.

A rental will probably be your best bet.

Also, be careful with thinking you are getting a discount on the cruise. Disney does not allow any agency to offer a better price than what they are offering. Make sure you are comparing with the price DCL is offering themselves for the same thing. TAs can offer on-board credit and gifts but not a discount.

How does $349 PP outside cabin on a 5 night cruise sound? I work for an airline and we get rates that others cannot

Ok, so an interline rate. You said "online agent" not special rate.
Too many people have travel agents tell them they are getting a discount when they are not.
