Will Santa be on any of the December sailings?

We sail on the Wonder in 2 weeks and was trying to figure out if Santa would be onboard at all?
I have not read anything about this, so am figuring no. There will be plenty of characters, that DS will not miss him, but will just need to get a Santa visit in before we depart. DS has a long list of wants that he needs to pass along to Santa, and since we don't get home from our trip till late on Christmas Eve, he feels Santa needs to know soon.

As far as I know and have done 6 cruises with DCL he is only the if your cruise falls on the week of Christmas day and not the whole month of Dec.

We have never seen Santa on any of our early December cruises. His friend, Goofy Santa does put in appearances though. The big guy only comes on the Christmas cruise...at least in our experience.

Just another confirmation, the big guy only makes an appearance on Christmas Day.

Here is a confirmation that the big guy does indeed make appearances before Christmas Day! Disney Dream ~ 2nd week of Dec. 2011....caught him right in the lobby one morning on the way to breakfast on Castaway Cay day!

Hope he will appear when we are on the Fantasy in 2 weeks

So I guess the question is, will santa be on all four ships for all the December cruises this year?

What we have noticed is that Santa comes and goes during December. We met "Santa's friend" in the elevator one year while helping to corral his twin girls. His family was only on the cruise for one week, so that week the cruise had a Santa but it wasn't a guarantee for the next cruise.

Thanks for the responses. So I will assume he will not be around, and be pleasantly surprised if he shows up.
DS did get to see Santa last night, so atleast his bases are covered for passing on his wish list (or his toy "order" as he puts it)

If you have time before or after your cruise you can always make a visit to downtown disney there is a great Santa there. We fly down to see him every year.
