So true. I hate when they stop a ride like pirates or haunted mansion to give the announcement to sit down or stay in the vehicle.

As my DH says; "Somedays there just ain't enough rocks!"

Why oh why do people feel so inclined to break the rules at Disney, but to add insult to injury come and brag about it on the DIS!

Just WRONG!!!!

Of course it's wrong. But they can do it with impunity because they are anonymous (the bragging, not the rule breaking).

Nothing's wrong with following the rules. I'm not a rule breaker at WDW at all. I just find it amusing how some people here think they are the Disney police and they get their panties in a bunch over a post that probably isn't legit anyway.

If someone is going to break a Disney rule, they aren't going to be swayed by some stranger on the internet. It's the height of hubris to think that anything you say here will make a huge difference.

And, in the long view of things, if the OP did do what was stated, IMO it isn't the end of the world. Not like he picked the thing off the bush, it was one of the ones on the ground. However, if he happened to get caught by a CM- I wasn't about to feel badly for him either.

Lol... May I suggest the book, The Dark Side of Disney. I wouldn't do anything in there, but it's fun reading.

I have that book! And it is a fun read. I now wonder about the monorails everytime I ride them.

Aren't rules meant to be broken? I park my car for free at the monorail resorts all the time.

Op:
Stealing miracles berries is a gateway crime! Next thing you know you'll be refilling last years mug, parking at the resorts for free while visiting the parks and sticking both your arms AND your legs outside of the ride vehicle at the same time!

If you start making more than 1 ADR at the same time, you know it's time to seek help.

Think of the children!

Some of you really really need to relax. Most think the story isn't true anyway. Just relax...and follow the rules
