How busy and best parks for Labor Day weekend?

We will be there 22 Aug - 5 Sept next year (Me, DH, DD12, DS15) so our last weekend will be Labor Day which i understand can be pretty busy?. Has anyone been at this time who can tell me exactly how busy it really is? We have booked Discovery cove for the sunday to escape some of the crowds but any ideas for the Saturday? I'm thinking MK will be super busy but not sure about the other Disney parks and water parks? Also is the Monday as busy as the weekend or do the crowds start dropping off then? Would we be better having a resort day (we're staying at POR)? We will also have tickets for Seaworld, Busch & Aquatica.

Sorry so many questions, any advice much appreciated

Labor Day is not bad at all, usually moderate crowds and very manageable. It is the most lightly-attended of all holiday weekends. Been several times over the years on this weekend for this reason.

Check the September crowd calendar here for recommendations on what park to go to on what day.
