Combine tickets - The DIS Discussion Forums

A few years ago, we bought 10 day non-expiry tickets with the Waterpark Fun and more option. We've used all the park days but we still have several minor park visits left. We've purchased new 10 day non-expiry tickets without the more option. Is it possible to combine the two so I don't have to keep 2 cards for each family member??

If so, can this be done at the resort or only at the parks?? Thanks.

One ticket with only water park fun remaining and another ticket with your theme park days is a "safe" combination to carry about. You can't make a mistake at the turnstiles that wastes an admission or two.

I;ve had these for years.... still using the 'more' options on old tix

I just keep them in a little folder,and update them with a pen on the side of the folder as we use them....still have at least 5 days of extras left on each ticket....still saving money by using them!

By definition an upgrade is taking one ticket and adding cash (or similar) and ending up with one ticket with more entitlements. You cannot combine two tickets to get one ticket with more features.*

An upgrade is adding days or options to a MYW ticket, or converting it to some level of annual pass, or taking some level of annual pass and converting it to a higher level of annual pass.

* The only exceptions to this rule is at the water parks (or DQ) where you can combine a one day water park (or DQ) ticket with a base or hopping MYW ticket and a payment to end up with a MYW ticket with the WPF&M option or any level of AP to a PAP. Your payment will be the difference in price between the one day water park (or DQ) ticket and the cost of the WPF&M option (or AP upgrade) plus tax on the difference.

And also nothing can b done to a ticket after the 14th day fom first use, even if the ticket has the No Expire option.

That's a great idea. I'm sure we'll have them for another few years yet since we don't do waterparks or DQ very often.
