Sharks underwater grill is going to be just like corral reef. I haven't done dine with shamu but if you want a different experience I would pick that.

I can't tell you about the Shark dinner but if its like Coral Reef (I just dined there 2 weeks ago) I would also suggest Dine with Shamu, I did that on 10/31/12 and it was awesome, great food, great service and the part with the whales was very informative, we took many pictures and it was one of the highlights of our trip.

We did dine with Shamu and did not have a good experience, but my kids are younger so that might have something to do with it. For the discounted price we paid it was OK if you are paying full price, not at all worth it.
