Our town does not do a special pickup. We just put them in the weekly trash bin. That is, if we rake.
Nobody, well almost nobody, on our street rakes. We all just let it blow around and compost. A new person moved onto the street over the summer and I see him out raking his yard every day. I thought about all the 'neighbors who don't rake' vents on this board and thought to myself, "oh, he is not going to like living here." |

Our town doesnt do anything. If we want to clean them up we do it anyway we can. We usually mulch them up wiht the lawnmower.

My township does not pick up leaves. We don't have sidewalks or curbs, really. There is a compost center where we can take them, but we have to do it ourselves.
We are also allowed to burn (I think...). |

We have to do our own. Right now our entire 2.5 acres is covered in leaves. Thankfully we live somewhat in the country and have no rules or restrictions nor can people see most of our property from the street.
But, our riding lawn mower picks them up and mulches them and puts them back into the soil.

We rake and bag the yard waste ( leaves, grass clippings, branches and whatever else compostable ) in those big brown bags, and have yard waste pick up every Thursday all year long.

No leaf pick up here. We are on our own. I mulch ours with the lawn tractor.

We rake them out into the street and once a week the leaf sucker comes by. We have a small fee added to the water bill during the two months they run the program ($5 I think?). I'd spend at least $10 in lawn bags if we couldn't rake them for collection so seems fair to me, and don't have to deal with bagging it.
I think I did see a front end loader scoop some up and put it in a dump truck, but that was a few years ago. I've only seen leaf suckers the past few years. |

We only get leaf pick up once a month. We don't put too much effort in ranking. It's a losing battle.
