Discounted Disney Tickets in Golden Corral

I have heard that Undercover Tourist has the cheapest Disney tickets. However, during the past two trips in Orlando, I noticed that local Golden Corrals had ticket counters selling very cheap Disney tickets. A three-park ticket was around $169. Does anyone know why their tickets are so much cheaper than Undercover Tourist? Since Golden Corral is a legit restaurant, I believe any counter (even not directly related to Golden Corral) located in it will be legit too.

$169 is the current price of a Florida resident 3 day pass. I wonder if that is what they are selling?

They could be selling Touch of Magic tickets. These are one theme park per day for two days, and one entry to a water park or DQ and they cannot be upgraded or modified in any way. And usually they will be tied to a time share presentation.

Saw an article that Disney is shutting these places down. People are now having to show ID and to the finger scan. I wouldn't do it.
