How do we eat everywhere?!

So I'm still what seems like forever away from my May Eastern Carib. cruise on the Fantasy with my girlfriend, but I can't help but want to figure this stuff out as soon as possible. Basically I'm wondering how people go about making reservations for Remy/Palo while still wanting to see some of the MDRs. I'm specifically thinking of the 2nd AP evening, which by my calculation has to be on night 5, 6, or 7 (1-3 being the first rotation and 4 usually being pirate night). It seems like my best chance is to just nab every Palo/Remy reservation I can get and just cancel the ones I end up not wanting. Is this something people actually do or am I that nuts?

DCL won't allow you to make more than one dinner reservation for Palo and Remy at once. You can be wait listed once you're onboard.

One way to avoid missing dinners in the MDR's is to have brunch at Palo or Remy.

If you're only in AP twice, you won't want to miss either show.

If you schedule Palo or Remy for pirate night, there isn't a special program in AP, and the pirate menu in the MDR is the least favorite.

You can only make one brunch Palo, one dinner Palo, one brunch Remi and one dinner Remi reservation. The online check in will only let you make one reservation of each above.

If you make a reservation online that conflicts with AP (which you won't find out til you board the ship) you can either change your reservation, or your dining assignment. Check your Navigator (newsletter) for the location to make changes.

Aha, I didn't know about the "one-per" rule. I guess that settles that.
