I thought that the Patriot's platter was only served with dinner (the all you can eat style brought to your table with the meats, veggies and salad). I don't know if there is a special Thanksgiving menu where that is for lunch
I looked on the lunch menu and there is a turkey option, but it's just a meal with stuffing and veggies, not served family style.

A few years ago we went to LTT for lunch on Thanksgiving and they were serving the family-style all you can eat dinner all day for the holiday. We actually just wanted to order off the lunch menu but they didn't have it available. And yes, you can ask for more of anything with the family-style dining.

We ate Thanksgiving lunch there 3 years ago. It was family style which is normally only served at dinner. Yes, you can ask for more of what you'd like. The desserts change so often it probrobly won't be the same but at the time it was an apple crisp. Yummy meal!
