Why not do both in one fell swoop. I think right now it'd take about 5 million to buy the points needed to secure a 3 bedroom villa in BLT till the end of the contract. (that doesn't include the money needed for annual dues)

But now how will we see the ship from flight of the Navigator?

Stark-land. not to be confused with Staark-land which is populated with ikea furniture.

I hear ya. We already had our house and when we got DVC. But, we live in a hovel. Many of our friends wonder why our house is so small (3 BR,2 BA, Bonus room,2 car garage) and I tell them it is for the small house payment.

Just stick with the solo-dating. At least you have a shot with yourself.

More propaganda. It causes the penguins to mobilize(and the Canadians).

Maybe you can get a government request for a $1Million to study this phenomenon. Seems like there is plenty of free money out there.

Yeah, DW and I do one of those budgets each year. I know Dave Ramsey says to do a budget each month, but it is difficult enough for us once. The main problem is that our income is not rising, most categories got a slight increase, but nothing significant. The main problem category is savings. We don't save enough. If the mutual fund investing thing works, then I think we are ok for the future, but I would like to have a larger savings fund. But, unless I get another job or take out Disney vacations, there is not much money going in there. We have three old cars that won't last forever, and I'm not doing another car payment. The struggle continues....

I really like that Makers 46. The Basil Hayden blend is good, but is $40 for a fifth

They are trying to sign him to a bigger contract. I'm hoping he stays, but doubtful.
