Its already been a Beverly of a week, hoping it ends soon. Found out yesterday that the work I completed months ago that put us way ahead of the game was in the wrong format. Seems no one from the Prime Contractor told us that they decided to change the format. So, where we were once way ahead of the game, we are now significantly behind. Now, add on to that the fact I also have to write training packages and there are another 4 technical manuals that are due at the same time, and you can feel my aggravation.

So, on the way in this morning I get stopped by a train at 20 after 5. At the ONE crossing between my house and work, which is 43 miles away. Then I get stuck behind someone who likes to drive in the left lane, so I switch to the right to go around him. HE SPEEDS UP to keep me from passing and I get stuck behind a smaller truck driving in the right lane. At this point I am questioning his parentage and wondering if I could find the fleas of a 1000 camels to start my retribution. So I slow back down and get in the left lane. At which point said person of questionable parentage slows down and matches the speed of the truck in the right lane.

At this point I put on my Charlie Brown Christmas music from my iphone and try not to commit vehicular manslaughter.

Oh and I have a meeting from 3-4 this afternoon. Seriously? Who schedules a meeting from 3-4 on a Thursday?

Can I go home? My XBOX and Skyrim are lonely.

W-9 is just a request for your tax ID number. It's pretty simple. I have tax customers on the side that issue me 1099's each year. In order to issue the 1099, they need to have a W9 with accurate information. You can print one off the IRS website if needed. Usually investments ask for them as well.

I just took the week of Thanksgiving "off", but I ended up working a few hours due to my boss and I both being away from the office at the same time. I was planning on taking from the 18th of Dec off until New Years, but not sure if that's going to happen now. At least my company cashes us out on PTO at the end of the year.

Got home last night to discover that the deadbolt on my front door no longer worked.
Frustrating… but they’re easy to replace not all that expensive and the retailer rekeyed the new one to match the rest of my locks for only $5. Not a repair that I was planning on, but other then time, it didn’t really set me back all that far.

Better you found it now, before it caused a problem though. Better to replace it then all the stuff someone breaking in could do.

Yep...the biggest issue unrelated though was my high blood pressure, so I am back on the meds, but they make light headed for a while till I get used to them.
