If you click on into December, the Epcot hours section still lists the November Refurb dates.

BTW, that's not to say that Test Track won't be having a soft open then.
It's just that it won't have anything to do with what info is or is not listed on the WDW Calendar site.

They were running cars Sunday night, don't know about last night. We went by about 7 pm tonight and heard nothing. A CM who was somewhat smitten by my teenage daughter told her that they were going to start a soft opening tomorrow. Who knows if he knew what he was talking about or not..... He might have been just trying to impress her. We're heading back home tomorrow but will stop by Epcot for a few hours first just in case. If nothing else, I'll get to hear Voices of Liberty again.

I was just there about 15 minutes ago and a cast member outside of Test Track told me that they don't plan on letting anyone ride until Dec. 6th. She said they are trying to sync video, and ride movement together. That's why they are running test cars through on the track. We're gonna miss it by 3 days.

We were worried it might not be open for our 12/10 visit. Sounds like it is "on track" to be running - woo hoo!

Hmm - wonder if it depends on who you ask. On Monday a CM at the entrance said they [I]might[I] have a soft opening at the end of the week. If that happens I'm guessing the lines will immediately be horrendous, so guess we'll just catch it sometime before we leave Florida mid-March. (One of the reasons we decided to spluge on an AP for our first Winter in Fl - catching all the new stuff that isn't quite open while we're ar FW this week.

They told me the same thing. He said the Dec 6th was firm....as far as he knew

If you find yourself in Epcot however I wouldn't think you were being foolish for at least stopping by to see if they decided to give some folks a peek.

We went to Test Track yesterday and they said the formal response, Dec 6th. After some discussion and Q&A the cast member told us "that the building had not been handed over to Operations yet from Construction". Until that occurs nobody is getting on for sure. When asked when that would happen? "No clue, but there was a lot to do still ". As far as the cars running once in a while, they were doing that to make sure the construction activity did not have any impact on the track, sensors, etc. They didn't want something to effect track operations and then not find out till day before opening, for example. So they do regular tests.

So...we wait. I'll be checking back Fri or Sat and will post if anything is new.

The the official opening a week away I really doubt there will be at this point.
