Also went today - the CM's at the front of TT said the wall would come down tonight if they pass all of the inspections. Said official word is Dec 6th as of now but check back over next few days if we hear cars running. Sounded like it was a possibility of getting on if they are running but their official line is Dec 6th.

I am crossing my fingers but not holding my breath. We will be at Epcot tomorrow night as part of our 4 parks in a whirlwind weekend and DH was REALLY hoping TT would be open.

I'm going down one week from today. For just that day. I want to spend the day in the Parks for Walt's birthday. I really hope it's open when I go!

I am going down Dec. 10-17. I have a 2 day pass to Universal and 5 at Disney. I will probably save both Epcot and MK to the later part (also the new Fantasyland opening at MK) so hopefully it will be a little less crowded.

We were there too. They were testing the cars tonight, but no soft opening. The CM we talked to said they were having a lot of technical issues when they did the cm preview and are trying to get them all taken care of before the official opening next week. I emailed Disney and asked and they said Dec.6 sadly. im going this friday through sunday for my birthday and was hoping it would be open.

We are going to Epcot on Dec 6th and really hope TT will be open. Are they still going to offer the preferential entrance to General Motors' employees? I hope so!

We stopped by today (11/29) the guy said no soft openings that it would not be open until 12/6. I said how disappointed we were since we leave the 4th and another worker standing there chimed in and told us to keep checking back "just in case" wink. Gave me a little hope!

1- That is a time-honored CM speech.
It is said of all closed attractions, even on mornings where Soft Openings ultimately occur in the same afternoon.

2- That is ANOTHER time-honored CM speech about closed attractions.

In other words, you usually won't get a straight answer about these kind of things.
