Boma Ribs
I know I've found this info somewhere here before......When does Boma have ribs on its menu? Is it Wednesdays and Saturdays? We will be going in January/February.

I don't see ribs on the Dinner Menu

The Boma rotations you can find on the Dis or via an Internet search are no longer applicable; in some other threads, posters have reported contacting AKL directly and being told that there is no longer a set rotation for specific menu items or types of preparation (i.e. there's pretty much always a salmon dish but no guarantee as to whether it will be the pistachio-crusted version or some other version).
