I heart Congrats on the Poly Cl

I actually made it through a day without making a change. I'm glad I got rid of Cl. I may even cancel Universal and just do the beach. This could be my cheapest WDW vacation ever. I have the money, but I have done everything I want to do at WDW. Our September vacation was my dream vacation. I can't top it. Is it Disney burnout? The only thing that gets me excited is the idea of a 7 day cruise on the Fantasy.
Congrats on no changes!! . The beach idea is nice ... Would the boys miss Universal?

Wookie- I'll talk a little band with you. At our high school of you sign up for band you sign up for everything. You are in concert band or wind ensemble - that's based on your midterm playing assessment- and you march. Marching is competition, home football games and 2 Memorial Day parades. (Winter drumline is optional and there is a fee) There are about 125 kids in the band and 89 of them went on the Florida trip.

Janet and Pas- thanks for the congrats for J. He is pretty excited.

Pas- congrats to your son and hope hrh enjoys her concert- my older son played the violin from 4th grade until he graduated

Those in the path of the storm...stay safe. I still plan on being at Dunkin for iced tea and the paper in the am

I was actually thinking maybe Busch Gardens and Space Center. Something different? I think I'm suffering from work burnout more than WDW burnout. I'm really starting to think I need to go back to working part time for a few months, and scale back on my spending. I'm taking all of next week off for a little staycation. I haven't done that in a long time. 6 days without the alarm clock going off at 4:30am. I can't wait.

Thank you. I hope we do as well. Besides, I'll never stay at all of the WDW resorts if I keep staying at the same ones.

Our band was like that as well. You did everything. Do they not go to away games? I remember this one away game, my dad and another dad had to stand watch over the bus for a friend and I. We were both sick and laying down in the bus. The town we were in wasn't in the best neighborhood, so they were are body gaurds. That's a good size for a band. I've seen them here in Texas get over 300 students on a field.

noooooo.....not me......totally not me. I may happen to have an allergy issue that causes me to tear up and get the goosies every time I see that, or the Disney castle thing before all Disney movies, or basically any Disney related commercial, or hear certian Disney songs.

in regards to your park tix question I'd wait to add the day until you add the FD. Disney keeps sending updates every time you make a change.
Yes, instead of being at WDW from 9/10-9/14, we would be there 9/9-9/14. I told my DH it was the only way to fit DHS in. We are not doing the hoppers this trip. As the plan stands arrival day 9/10 we will go to AK, 9/11 the MK, 9/12 is Epcot day, 9/13 is sleep late then SAB & MNSSHP, 9/14 is checkout day & pack up the MV before a late Chef Mickey's breakfast before heading out. If we do as the DH wants, we'll have a DHS day between the AK and MK days.

ok, my next brain pick to make sure this makes sense.....
If we for sure change it to being there 9/9-9/14, we will not use all 6 days of park tickets. The last day there, we will have to leave asap to get home by Sunday night to get ready for work/school on Monday. That puts it down to 5 days of tickets. Then on Friday, 9/13, we are doing a SAB/ MNSSHP day so we won't use a park ticket then either. I just priced it and taking it down to 4 MYWs will save about $93. I hate spending the extra money if there is no way we are going to use them, and we won't be back in 14 days before they expire. Do y'all think it's better to go ahead and buy at least 5, even though I'm 100% sure we won't use but 4?

Twist my arm... I mean... send me some dates and I will do my best to be there. It's tough work, but someone has to be the Official RC Florida greeter to Piano Bob-dom.

It happens... ...you need to distance yourself from the Sept trip. Maybe do some other FL stuff, and then take that cruise. By then I'll bet pixie dust will have landed on you with new zest for WDW.

__________ __________ __________

So RCers, I bought DH a Richard Petty driving experience for his bday, which falls (with our anniversary) when we are at WDW soon. Hope he likes it! Hope his insurance is paid up!

Nope. Not alone.
The other day, I said to DH "I want to be a winning QB, just so I can do that commercial". He was all

Well, school is closed today....so I am home with the girls.
DH went in for a half day...I'm thinking that watching Finding Nemo will be appropriate today.

2 feet??? Bring it on.

Iheart: Sorry I didn't respond to this sooner but HOORAY for Poly CL!!!

Poll for all my RC ladies....should we add Park Hoppers to our tickets for May???? I know we will be spending a lot of any free time we have at SAB, but being so close to Epcot and HS, it would be nice to take advantage of that. Not sure what to do....Help!!

My only concern is the kiddos, especially the little one getting pooped. But, we are having a stroller one more time for this trip so she could just crash in there I suppose.
