EPCOT Touring Plan Help Needed

Ds (8) and I are going on a Dream cruise and will head to POFQ as soon as we can at disembarkation, check in and then head to EPCOT. Could be as late as 11 am when we arrive at EPCOT on Jan 31.

Test Track is a must as is Soarin'. No ADRs to work around, etc. What's the best strategy to ride both? Seems like Soarin tends to burn through FP time quicker. Do I grab FP for Soarin and ride stand by for Test Track? Could do single rider line but not my top choice...

advice appreciated!

Hi,
On that date you might still be able to get fast passes but might be quite late. The new test track has updated the standby queue activities so it is more interesting. Whereas the soarin queue is just a queue. Test track would seem more interesting and worthwhile after a long wait when compared to soarin.
We saw a lot of people use the single rider queue at test track and end up seated together when just a pair.
