USPS both times. Fingers crossed it arrives today!

I'm so upset by their lousy customer service. There were some papers on the site that I loved and was going to order for myself, but I'm so afraid to order from them now. Anyone know of a site that carries similar WDW papers? I really love the fact that their papers were so unique. Splash Mountain paper, for instance, is intended for that ride without it having the title plastered all over it or having characters all over it. Nice pattern papers with out having "Disney" blast you in the face. Where am I going to shop now? When I first started buying Disney papers I bought anything and everything that had a Disney association. Now I look at most of those papers sitting in a bin and wonder what I'm ever going to do with them? Some of them are just plain UGLY!

DS is feeling better!! Told him I need to scrap while he does his make up homework.!! Hope to get speedway pieces done and cut monsters today.

I'm very annoyed. I will probably order from them again, with the knowledge that it may take a while to get to me. If I had been informed that they were closing for 12 days, I may have made a different choice about ordering when I did. Or, if they had just said "you know, we're a little behind" I may have been more understanding. But to say "your order will ship as soon as possible" and leave it at that....I'm not a happy customer.

Would have saved them (and us) a lot of headache if they had just posted a warning on their site. I will probably order again, but not till I'm good and through with my hissy fit - the one that they don't even know or care that I'm throwing!.

Their stuff is too cute!

I know, I'm throwing a fit too. Just got the mail. No package. Postman says today was light. He's keeping an eye out for it now though.

Love the IASW layout!

Just wanted to let y'all know that my SYT order arrived today (ordered 1/3/13 so less than the usual 3 weeks) and I absolutely love the new Disney paper

it is subtle yet still has Mickey's on it and the new ride paper is also subtle, but, makes you think of the ride. It may be very, very hard for me to resist the "sales" the keep e-mailing me about

Me too! DBF and I are looking to go the end of next month again. Since I didn't make it to CHA last week, he said I can go in July and then hes looking at a conference down there for his work the next week. This will be the year of Vegas I guess
