We weren't concierge. Others in our party were, but we were in a regular room and were first time Disney cruisers, so we had no priority at all. Also, the person who booked our Palo reservation didn't tell us what night it was until about 30 days out. It was already booked by then.

We traveled in a group of 42 (20 adults and 22 kids) and all of the planning was out of my hands (a bizarre feeling since I am always in charge when we go on vacations).
