Thanksgiving Dinner

Has anyone ever had Thanksgiving Dinner at the Whispering Canyon? Would you recommend it. Does anyone know where to find the Thanksgiving Day Menu? Thanks

Go to www.alleats.net

Great website for WDW dining info and menues.

A cautionary word: unless you have already made reservations for an upcoming 2012 T-Day meal, you may find there are NO openings for that day. The window opened over 5 months ago for guests to make T-Day reservations and T-Day week is a very busy time.

I'm hoping you have your ADR or
you are looking for info for 2013!

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving meal at Boma last year. There were all the regular Boma foods on the buffet plus all the traditional Thanksgiving foods as well. The turkey was so juicy and delicious.

We had Thanksgiving lunch at Cinderella's Castle and LOVED it! Very Thanksgiving-y and you can't beat having a special dinner with all of the princesses nearby!

Talking We Did

We had dinner with friends at the WCC two Thanksgivings ago. It was nice. Served family-style. Traditional choices. Started with a good salad. My one picky son was able to get chicken nuggets, fries and a cookie. The rest of us enjoyed a traditional meal. The meal does not taste homemade, more like mass made. BUT it was very nice. The WL is all decorated for xmas. A big beautiful xmas tree can been seen from inside the restaurant.

We do have reservations at Whispering Canyon, but I'm wordering if I should cancel them. Mass production for food doesn't sounds that appealing. Thanks

I have no other experience to compare it to because we only went once for Thanksgiving but I am guessing that most of the restaurants are mass producing. Being one of the busiest days in WDW...Also, have to imagine everything else is booked by now. Stick with it. The atmosphere is special for the holiday and you are getting the turkey and the fixings.

We booked the carriage ride out of FW after our Thanksgiving meal. It was a magical night!
