Free dining, as we have known it in years past, is not going to be offered at WDW this year to the general public. It will be available as a re-booking bonus (people who book trips while still at WDW) for part of the year, and it will be available as a PIN code.
This year's promotion is the Stay, Play, Dine promotion.
