Help, Please!
Not sure what board would be the right place for this question, but figured that I could definitely use some "tips" on how to fix my own incompetency (apparently).
Seriously though.... I'm having an annual pass situation. I just got home from my Disney trip on Tuesday. While I was there, I upgraded my MYW ticket to a Premium Annual Pass. However, I'm having a hard time registering my pass on the passholder website. The problem I'm having is when it tells me to enter my "pass number" as it appears on my ticket. It also says--regarding this pass number--"Note: The following codes may appear on your ticket: TRAN, TR or CAS. These codes are not required when you're registering your Pass online." However, those codes don't appear anywhere on my ticket. So I have no clue where this number is I'm supposed to enter. I've entered every possible number I could find on the back of this ticket..... and nothing. It is getting a little frustrating. ![]() Any help would be greatly appreciated. |

Glad to hear it! I know when we got our AP it was a little confusing as to which number they wanted.
Just thought somebody should reply.

Would appreciate an update as to how to input registration. I too am having difficulty. not sure which numbers they want and where. Thanks
