resort pick up before cruise
We will be staying at CSR for two Biggs before cruise. On the morning of the cruise will we have time to go to chef mickeys for breakfast? If so what time should I plan to e back to be picked up by the cruise bus? My parents will be there for our WDW portion of the trip so we can take their car over to chef mickeys if we decide to go there.

If you do a very early morning reservation, you'll be fine. Pickup is usually 12-12:30 but can be as early as 11-11:30. I suppose you could call DCL and ask if you could board the bus at the resort where Chef Mickey's is held as an alternative.

Does anybody know what time pick up is at BLT. I was thinking of Kona for breakfast before getting the bus to the port. Thanks.

Mickey breakfast, just in case you don't know already, books up REALLY really quickly (like a half year out) so if you choose to do this, book ASAP. |

The earliest resort pick up is 11:30. We often do a character breakfast at the Cape May Cafe (Beach Club) before leaving for the cruise. Just be sure to allow about 90 minutes from the time you finish breakfast till the cruise pick up time (WDW says an hour to get to your resort and you need to be there a little early)

Went on Fantasy two months ago. Stayed at PC and in talking with DCL rep the high end resorts are picked up first starting at 11:00 and then on down the line to the "value resorts" with PC being the last. We were picked up at 12:45 and were on the ship by 2:00. Hope this helps.

I can book my ADRs on Sunday at 6am. Can't wait!! We are having breakfast at CP on Friday am to get into MK before rope drop and then dinner at Be our guest, hopefully. so I was thinking of squeezing in chef mickeys on sat am. my parents haven't been with the kids yet and thought they would enjoy it.

This is exactly what we did Pre-cruise. I think our Konas reservation was At 8.30 or so. We had time for the beach at the Poly, shopping at the GF and even to dip our toes in the pool at BLT. I think the shuttle was around 11.30

Kona will work fine and is really easy since it is a 5 minute monorail ride back home. Enjoy!

We were at CSR and the pickup time was 11:35 am. They were a little early. This was the 10/28 Dream cruise. We got onto the boat at about 1:30 pm.

We have breakfast at Kona reserved for 8:45 am before pick-up on 1/19/13 and our TA assured me that this will allow plenty of time before our DCL pick-up
I was going to book O'hana as there is no character breakfast on the Fantasy as far as I can see, but DH feels like the breakfast isn't necessary as there will be plenty of character interactions on the ship

This is great info. We are staying a week at WDW prior to cruise and they have not given me the exact time of pick up from the resort.
