Monday: Walk: 99 minutes
Bike to work: 45 minutes
Today: Run: 39 minutes
Walk: 27 minutes

That brings my total to
2707/2700

I'm happy to have made my goal for this month as it's been really hard losing my husband's mom. I won't post anymore for this month but wanted to say thanks to everyone who participates and hosts. It's been a huge motivator for me.

Guess those 5:30 AM walks are paying off in minutes! I don't think I've run once this month. Hoping to change that. Need to change that!!

Rose, I am about as untechnical as they come, but would be willing to host December if nobody jumps up and down begging for it! If you can explain to me how it's done, I'll try.

Do you have excel? I think it makes it so much easier. Actually, I wouldn't try to do it without it. If you want to wait a day or so and then pm me your email, I will send you the sheet and directions. Thanks!

Reminder, if anyone is really excited about hosting December, please let me know.

Three more days in November! Make them count, even if you will fall short of your goal (like me!)
