NOTE: Pepper Market is one of the better Counter Service (aka,
Quick Service) eateries. There are different stations for different
food type and food tastes. This can be confusing, so you need to
walk around and survey the offering before selecting your meal items.
During busy meal periods, the food is kept fresh, but during the day,
the items can get cold, mushy or greasy. There are different types
of food, so almost all tastes can be accommodated. The staff is pretty
much indifferent and this detracts from the experience. Overall, more
than acceptable during Rush Hours, but otherwise, pass it by.

While food is subjective I will tell you my DH and I ate there the weekend of Oct 5th on Sat morning. It was busy but IMO very good.
I know some have said the staff was indifferent or insensitive but our server was fantastic and very friendly. She was quick and accomodating.
The food was fresh and very tasty. They did run out of somethings which took a bit to get refilled but it made it very fresh. It was at about 9 am -ish in the morning on a Sat.
At under 15 bucks per adult, I didn't think it was a bad value. They do not offer any discounts and do not take TIW.

We ate there over a month ago, and we liked the bfast buffet. We thought the selection and quality of food was pretty good considering its a QS credit. Great value.
Lunch is also buffet, havent tried that. Dinner is a la cart...tried that...and I wasnt overly impressed to be honest. It was decent. But bfast buffet is far better.

The buffet was very good, especially for a QS credit! Sorry I don't have any photos. There was a create your own omlet station where you could also get fresh eggs cooked to order. There was a pastry station, a station with french toast, waffles, pancakes, fruit toppings, scrambled eggs, a few different types of potatoes, fresh fruit, create your own parfait...you won't leave hungry! I had 2 plates myself, it was good.
