Just Back, 2nights POR, 3 Night Dream and 11 nights BC

Hi All, just back from a wonderful holiday, Highs and Lows….

Highs…

*Wonderful Cruise on the Dream, 3 nights just not long enough, The staff on *board were excellent
*Castaway Cay
*Beach Cabana
*Weather
*Upgrade free of Charge to Water-view room at BC.
*Stormalong Bay
*Beaches and Cream
*New A330 planes with VA
*DS played Beast in the Belle Experience in the new fantasyland.

Lows

*Housekeeping - Very poor on the whole
*Two passengers arguing on flight back over reclining seat, Air Stewards had to get involved, not very pleasant and lots of bad language used around Children. (VA Air Stewards were excellent in diffusing situation)
*Car not ready for collection with Valet on arriving back, had to wait around for them to get it from storage, this was not acceptable when the point of paying a premium for valet parking was the car was supposed to be back on site for our arrival.

Will try and post more pics and info this weekend, the cabana is worth every penny, we loved it!
