BBB dress question

I was wondering if you can buy the costumes seperatley that they have specifically at BBB or does it have to be with a package? Such as the Princess Minnie costume..

I believe all the stuff in the BBB is also in the stores. They told me if I couldn't find a size in there try on some at the store and they will bring it over. Because we looked ahead of time before our appointment. Nothing fit so we just wore a nice dress we bring with us from home.
