What time is 'Ohana show?

Does the 'Ohana singer, show, parade etc, go on all evening, or only at a specific time. Will I miss all the fun because I have an early reservation (5:10)?

I like the food but ...... I'm really going for the atmosphere so I don't want to miss any of the action!

She repeats the show throughout the night.

One "set" includes the parade for the kids, one "set" includes the coconut races, etc. The entertainment is pretty much constant, with short breaks, all night long.

You should be fine.

Yes, there isn't just one show. The entertainment occurs throughout the evening. We've been there for a 5:00 ADR and a 5:30 ADR and seen the entertainment both times.

We don't have small children, and we find the 'Ohana entertainment more annoying than fun. I'm sure when we take our grandchildren they'll love it (and we will too!), but for now it's definitely limited appeal.

Forgive my newbie question...but what IS the entertainment? We have dinner reservations for our trip, but I didn't know there was entertainment.

They have special stuff for kids. A women sings some. She is overly sweet. IMO. We are all adults and find her annoying. But the kids seem to like her!

Sings?? More like screams

We too found it very annoying, which is why we've never gone back. But many do find it entertaining, so I hope the OP has a good time!!

I have to say, we actually got a guy singer, and his voice was very nice and soothing along with his ukulele. Maybe the lady was on vacation when we ate there this July...and maybe that's a good thing.

OP here.

My kids are 6 and 7 so I think they will love the cheesy entertainment. And I will love watching them have fun. But I can understand how it may not appeal to an adults only table. I was there once a few years ago so I know what I'm getting into!

Thanks for the info.

We enjoy the singing as part of the atmosphere, our kids enjoy joining in and parading around. They make a good effort to get all the kids involved, either with the coconut game, marching around the restaurant, and getting the leis. The main thing is to sit in front of the fire pit. Re-reading your question, you probably know all these things - we have been early and late and the show has been at both times, usually catching more than one while we're there.
