Preparing order for Garden Grocer, staying in Tonga Suites......
If we are not there at time of delivery what should I do? Some items will need refrigeration. Thanks as always for all help. |

The resort will store it for you...and keep it cold until you arrive.

Happened to us when staying at BLT. Everything was cold where it made it to our room.

Same here - used them last week and called the front desk when we got to the room. Garden Grocer sent us a text saying it had arrived though and I mistakenly thought that meant it was delivered to the room. So we were ready to get food as soon as we walked in the door, but it took about 5 minutes after we called.

Bell services will accept the order for you and they have a refrigeration system to keep your cold items.

Last year when we ordered from them we were staying at the cabins they took the stuff to our cabin and put it all away for us. Therefore when we got to our cabin everything was in the fridge or cupboards. Great service!

As all the previous posters said, they take care of everything for you at bell services. We love GG, use it everytime. Good luck!!
