Can you add commentary to book titles on Kindle?

I have a Kindle which I use on occasion. I recently found a website, Bookbub.com, that let's you enter your email address and it will send you daily deals for ebooks, some discounted and some free. As a result I've added a lot of new books to my Kindle. I've gotten so many books now that I'm forgetting what each one is about... Is there a way I can add some kind of notation to each book so when I'm ready to choose the next one I won't have to research it to figure out what it's about? I know you can make notes and markups within the pages of a book (although I've never done that before) but I'm curious whether you can have a note pop up right when you click the title of the book. Thanks for any info!

Laura
