World of Coke - Atlanta

My kids have a swim meet in Atlanta next month and they are DYING to go to World of Coke. Any idea how long it will take to tour through it with an 11yo and 8yo? Thanks!

When I did it, I think we spent about an hour and a half total, it's fun, but not a full day event (but there is a lot of other stuff right near by).

I'd say about an hour average. My kids spent most of that time in the tasting room!

We spent 2 hours. It was neat...with the exception of the uber-creepy cartoon you have to sit through in the beginning.

Slightly off topic but if you have the time I would highly recommend the Georgia Aquarium that is just a short distance from the World of Coca Cola, that is if your kids are interested. It was a lot of fun and all the kids I saw there were having a blast!

If you are going to be in the area for a few days you might be interested in a "city pass", its a discount ticket option for a number of attractions in Atlanta and we found it to be well worth it. I read about it online and ordered it in advance of our trip last summer, then it was activated at the first place that we visited and we were given our ticket booklet.

Maybe if you leave some chocolate under your pillow the Tag Fairy will visit you!

I second the GA Aquarium suggestion. World Of Coke and the Aquarium are basically across the parking lot from each other. WoC doesn't take a lot of time to experience, and the Aquarium will fill the rest of the day.
